Rumsfeld Puts Draft Issue To Rest

All this talk about re-instating the draft is just that, talk. Unless a nuke goes off on the continental US it just won't happen. That is, if sane people are allowed to make the decisions. Last I checked, Rumsfeld was sane AND he knew what he was talking about.
