Michael Friedman has a great post that looks a little deeper beyond the Daily Kos issue where he is addressing several people who are advertising their candidacy on the Daily Kos site. He's gonna let us know what kind of response he garners and I for one will be interested to see what kind of response he will receive.
As for the comments of Daily Kos, it's just more the same. This kind of thinking has been rearing its ugly head more in more as the war in Iraq continues and the presidential election knocks at our door. More and more Bush-hatred is blinding people to reality and common sense. How the HELL can you defend the "rights" of terrorists to "defend their country" and say "screw that" when civilian contractors are dragged through the streets by raving mobs? Bascially I have to question what kind of human being you are to even allow such rationale to dominate your thinking. You can disagree with this Administration all you want, but when you start not giving a shit (and forgive my language) about innocent people being mutilated and strung up then there is SERIOUSLY something wrong with you.
This is the thinking my friends that dominates the "peace" rallies. We've all seen the pictures, pictures like this, this, and this. Is there somethin wrong here? I'm sorry but when the news covers these rallies I've never seen these pictures. Madness...
UPDATE: Tony has even more...crap...here. (Scroll up)
UPDATE: Jay Reding has some short profiles along with pictures of three of the four who perished in Fallujah. They're human just like us.
UPDATE: Kos offers a "half-assed" explanation to his comments regarding Fallujah. Needless to say Kos is full of something that I have already mentioned before.
