Figure this might interest you Haemi since I believe you work there correct? Seems like we have a bit of conflicting cultures here and also adds to the debate of immigrants not assimilating to American laws and values when they stay within a "community" of fellow immigrants. Basically bring their culture here.
Oh and I'm just saying it ADDS to the debate...
Marmot has his own comments on the matter along with other individuals in the comment section. Marmot also speaks on some other media articles regarding aspects of Korea if you wishe to read those.

Yes, I've already read this article. Koreatown should be under a non-US jurisdiction -- US laws don't apply. Anything goes. It's the new Chinatown: You wanna know the truth? You can't handle the truth! It's not only the immigrants that are the problem, but also the law enforcement officers, who look the other way in return for some good old cash. Also, there has been a wave of non-Koreans who are also enjoying these establishments -- easy access to alcohol for minors, alcohol after 2AM, indoor smoking, etc. etc. etc. Some say that Le Prive has a higher percentage of non-Korean clients than they do Korean clients. It's all ho-hum for me -- just my neighborhood.
